Sesé appoints a new Vice-President of the Board of Directors and a new CEO
- Ángel Pueyo, until now CEO of the company, has been appointed Vice-President of the Board of Directors
- After a year as Managing Director of Sesé, Sergio Treviño takes over the position of CEO
Zaragoza, 09th January 2024. Sesé has appointed Ángel Pueyo as new Vice-President of the Board of Directors and Sergio Treviño as new Chief Executive Officer of the company, both of whom take up their posts as of 1 January 2024.
After a year as Managing Director of the company, Sergio Treviño now assumes the new position of CEO and maintains his participation in the Board of Directors reporting to the Chairman, Alfonso Sesé. For his part, and after nine years as CEO of Sesé, Ángel Pueyo takes over as Vice-President of the Board of Directors as of January.
Alfonso Sesé, Sesé’s Chairman, has highlighted that “Sergio Treviño and Ángel Pueyo have worked together over the last year to guarantee the fulfilment and continuity of the company’s strategic plan; to promote the sustained development of the business and to contribute to the consolidation of Sesé as an integrated supply chain manager”. In addition, he remarked that “Ángel’s extensive experience and knowledge as new vice-president of the board, together with Sergio’s experience and leadership at the head of the executive committee, will undoubtedly be of great value in driving forward the company’s future plan”.
